TruckTrax is built using today's technology and designed to provide the most stable and reliable software possible. In order to solve some of the challenges facing today's over-the-road drivers, we have built in some truly incredible features. Our service plans are intended to compliment those features and provide you a worry-free product.

TruckTrax comes with a 90 day (from date of purchase), free application support plan. This basic plan covers installation, operation, and phone support up to 60 minutes during the 90 day period at no charge to you. Additional support is available if needed (see Per Incident Support below), just call us and we will be happy to help you out.

Basic Support
Basic Support provides for a few key benefits (listed below) that help take the guess work out of owning software that saves you time and money.

This option allows you to own the software and never have to worry about being up to date with patches, new features and reports, or updates!

Basic Support is billed at $14.95 per month (To use this option you must supply a valid credit card for monthly billing purposes). As long as your account is in good standing, you will never have to worry about your TruckTrax software again.

Premium Support is billed at $21.95 per month, per PC. (To use this option you must supply a valid credit card for monthly billing purposes). As long as your account is in good standing, you will never have to worry about your TruckTrax software again.

Per Incident Support
If you have NOT purchased a support plan, TruckTrax charges $9.95 per incident for phone support and $19.95 per incident for Remote Desktop support. Calls are billed to a major credit card prior to service and will be credited back to you should the problem turn out to be a software bug with NO workaround. Per Incident Support will be provided during normal business hours only.
